Company Description
We are an owner’s advisory firm. Since 1993, Brailsford & Dunlavey has empowered hundreds of colleges and universities, PK–12 schools, municipalities, and professional sports organizations to achieve their bold visions through the built environment. Our advisory toolbox includes analytical and technical activities, ranging from market analysis and financial modeling to development structure evaluation and construction oversight. In B&D’s approach, these activities are not the end goal, but a tool to support the critical thinking and decision-making that guides a project from idea into reality.
Our energy and sustainability practice provides utility, climate action, and sustainability planning and implementation services.
